Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers is a chain fast food chain restaurant that offers a wide variety of food and great tasting burgers. Having several different store locations around Kansas City, Freddy’s is a great place to stop if your either in a rush or just looking for a quality, savory burger. The upside of going to Freddy’s instead of other fast food burger restaurants is there is not a long wait, the food is cooked fresh when you order, and they have incredible tasting burgers.
I recently gave the one of the locations a visit to test it for myself. I was very happy to find out that unlike some fast food restaurants, Freddy’s was very clean inside and had great customer service. After looking off the menu and their wide selection of meals, I decided to order a plain double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a water. I was so eager to eat my burger when I sat down, I almost forgot to take a picture of it for this blog, as you can see there was a bite taken out of it already. When I took my first bite, I immediately noticed that it had come straight off the grill. The cheese was melted, the patties were hot, and the bun was toasted. And of course, the bacon added an indescribable sensation. Freddy’s burgers are different because they are cooked with a variety of different seasonings, including salt, garlic, paprika, and other spices. This perfect balancing of seasoning creates a flavor that always brings me back to the restaurant. Despite being a fast food restaurant, Freddy’s has hands down one of my favorite burgers and I would recommend everyone gives it a try. A Freddy’s cheeseburger is hard to beat, and is certainly my number one choice if I am going to eat fast food.
